Why is your blog named Obsessed Wallflower?

I've got this thing where I don't only "like" stuff, I obsess over them. Like, A LOT. The second part is due to the fact that one of the first books I truly, really connected with the characters (the main one) was The Perks Of Being A Wallflower. I related to Charlie so much, it was insane. I still relate to him (and don't worry, I was never abused. We're different based on that point, thankfully). Since he's called a Wallflower in the story, I thought it suited and I still think this is the best name I'll ever come up with. Also, after I started my supposed to be beauty channel, I got into the world of BookTube and this is the biggest part of my videos, so the fact that my name has something to do with a book just means it was a match made in heaven.

How do I pick the name of my blog/YouTube channel?

First, you need to think about the things you love, the things that make you happy, maybe something you're a fan of (I say this because if you're a hardcore fangirl like me, it might work), I don't know just something that relates to you. You can also pick a nickname or your own name or something based on the things you'll talk/write about. Just make sure it suits you, and if you look at it you think "Geez, this is SO me". I know, this is hard, maybe the hardest part. Just make a list of all those things (mentally or write them down) and see which looks good. You can combine them too, I know I did.

Your blog layout is so ugly! Go get it fixed!

I don't have the money to buy any blog templates from amazing people that make amazing ones, or to have them make one for me. I'm constantly working on getting it to look better myself (which is horrible cause I'm rubbish at all HTML/CSS related stuff). I feel like one day I'll be able to be completely satisfied with it and make it look amazing myself. This just may take a couple of years. Meanwhile, we'll stick with this. If you have any advices or is willing to help: PLEASE.


Why don't you have pictures on your posts?


This is something I'm trying really hard to change, but I just don't own a nice camera and I don't like to upload crappy photos. Plus, most of my blog posts are life related so I don't really know what photo to put along most of those. I'll try to start mixing up the type of posts and what I talk about and try and coordinate my posts with my YouTube channel a bit more.

I am completely in love with Tom Fletcher and his wife Giovanna and their son Buzz (and now their little baby Buddy). Love their family and their vlogs together and just UGH every single thing about'em. So, of course, one of my favourite YouTube videos is this (click the link and bring tissues. I've warned). Oh, this one is SUPER CUTE too. Especially the beginning.
This interview is also something I absolutely ADORE and watched a million times. This part specially. It's just AMAZING. If you watch HIMYM you MUST watch these.
